Role Overview
This role direction is aimed at mechanical engineering talent and focuses on the development, design, and continuous optimization of hazardous-waste thermal-treatment equipment for complex industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and development of mechanical structures and equipment components
- Complete engineering calculations, analysis and technical evaluation
- Collaborate with application engineering, manufacturing and quality teams to advance projects
- Support product development from concept through delivery
- Prepare technical documents, drawings and specifications
- Join design reviews and continuous improvement work
- Provide technical support to customers and service teams
Candidate Profile
- Background in mechanical engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in mechanical design, equipment manufacturing or related industries
- Familiarity with CAD and other engineering design tools
- Strong engineering analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork awareness
- Able to balance independent execution with cross-team collaboration
